Hon. Spencer Congratulates Hon. Guwor And Hon. Martins

The Commissioner representing the Ijaw Ethnic Nationality on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Hon. Okpoye Okubo Spencer, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor and Hon. Fred O. Martins for their recent achievements.
