According to a Facebook post by his colleague and friend, Mr. Mayor Ofoegbu, the actor, who was born in Enugwu-Ukwu, Anambra State, is said to have passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday morning.
Accompanied by a picture of the two of them, Ofoegbu shared the sad news on his Facebook page, bidding farewell to his friend with the words, “Goodbye my friend. Don Brymo Uchegbu takes a bow.” The news of Uchegbu’s passing is circulating on various Nollywood platforms, and his colleagues have expressed their condolences.
