Naira Depreciates At I&E Window

The open indicative rate for Tuesday’s trading concluded at N760.50 per dollar.

On Tuesday, the Naira experienced a further decline and was traded at the rate of N763 against the dollar at the Investors and Exporters window.

In comparison to Monday’s closing rate of N768.17, the Naira depreciated by 0.67 percent when exchanged for the dollar.

The open indicative rate for Tuesday’s trading concluded at N760.50 per dollar.

During the day’s trading, the highest exchange rate recorded was N841 to the dollar, but it eventually settled at N763.

Within the trading period, the Naira was sold for as low as 467 to the dollar.

A total of 245.65 million dollars was traded at the official investors and exporters window on Tuesday.
