AC Milan is on the verge of acquiring Ruben Loftus-Cheek, a midfielder for Chelsea. The 27-year-old, who has represented England on 10 occasions, has been associated with Stamford Bridge since his early days and has had loan spells at Crystal Palace and Fulham.
During his tenure at Chelsea, Loftus-Cheek has achieved success, winning two Premier League titles, the FIFA Club World Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup.
Chelsea has been parting ways with a few players this summer as they aim to stabilize their finances. Kalidou Koulibaly’s transfer to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal was finalized on Sunday. N’Golo Kante has joined Saudi champions Al-Ittihad, while Edouard Mendy is nearing a move to Al-Ahli.
Meanwhile, there have been reports linking Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount to Manchester United. However, United’s several offers for Mount have been rejected. Additionally, midfielder Kai Havertz is on the verge of joining Arsenal.
