China’s MSL Destroyer NANNING, a warship, has recently arrived in Lagos for a diplomatic visit to Nigeria.
Upon its arrival, the Chinese vessel was warmly received by representatives from the Western Naval Command, headed by Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Rear Admiral Joseph Akpan.
