E be like film for Warri wen one Sienna driver (e name no dey) chop off the ear of one Vehicle Inspection Officer (VIO) wen dem call Papu Prosper, during one serious argument wen dem dey patrol for Warri, Delta State.
The thing happen wen dem dey yan about papers wen don expire, for early morning of Friday, around Eagle Roundabout, wey dey near Federal Government College, for Warri.
According to Prosper, “I be VIO officer. We go do patrol for Warri, Delta State, and we see one driver wen im motor papers don expire.
“My boss come tell me to follow am go our office for Warri, make we check whether the papers don renew or not.
“As I dey follow the man, he talk say he go kill me say VIO don do many bad things. Na so he bring dagger, con dey try butcher me like meat.
“I con try struggle commot from the motor as e dey on speed. For the struggle, I fight am, and he come chop off my ear,” na im he yan.
Prosper talk sey, the Sienna driver come con spit out him ear for ground, commot from him motor come run away.
As dem don carry the Sienna go VIO custody, Prosper thank God say dem save am, and he dey beg government to do justice if dem catch the Sienna driver.
“I thank God say I still dey alive. As for the man, make the law do wetin dem suppose do,” na im he talk.
