On Thursday, the Nigerian naira experienced a decline in value, reaching a rate of N762.63 per dollar in the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window, according to data from FMDQ. This indicates a depreciation of N26.13 compared to the rate of N742.31 per dollar on Wednesday.
Additionally, the naira also saw a decrease of N5 in value in the parallel market.
Waffi TV’s investigation of black market traders revealed that the exchange rate in this market rose to N800 per dollar, up from N775 per dollar on Wednesday.
