Naira Depreciates At Investors, Exporters Window

On Monday, the Naira experienced a decline in value against the Dollar, with an exchange rate of N773.50 at the Investors and Exporters window.

This marked a 7.08 percent depreciation compared to the N736.62 rate observed on September 8th. The day’s open indicative rate concluded at N771.49 per Dollar.

During the day’s trading, the spot exchange rate reached a peak of N804.15 per Dollar before stabilizing at N773.50. At its lowest point, the Naira was traded for as little as N722.39 per Dollar.

Notably, a total of 37.86 million dollars worth of currency was exchanged at the investors and exporters window on Monday.
