This star-studded event unfolded on a Tuesday at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, celebrating exceptional musical talents on the global stage.
Before this achievement, ‘Calm Down’ had already garnered significant attention by securing nominations in three categories: Best Collaboration, Song of the Year, and Best Afrobeats. However, it was in the Best Afrobeats category that this remarkable duo left an indelible mark, becoming the first-ever winners in this newly established category.
