Naira Falls, Exchanges At N756.21/$ At Investors, Exporters Window

On Wednesday, the Nigerian naira experienced a decrease in value against the US dollar, with an exchange rate of N756.21 at the Investors and Exporters window. This represented a 1.48% decline compared to the N745.19 it was traded for on Tuesday.

The day’s trading saw a range of exchange rates, with the open indicative rate closing at N766.82 to the dollar.

The highest rate recorded during the day’s trading was N799.90 for a spot exchange, which later settled at N756.21. Additionally, the naira reached as low as N701 to the dollar within the same trading day.

A total of US$95.70 million worth of transactions took place at the investors and exporters window on Wednesday.
