The 2023 Supplementary Appropriation Act was signed by the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. Present at the signing ceremony in the President’s office were notable figures, including the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abass.
Accompanying the President at this brief signing ceremony in his office were the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume; the Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Atiku Bagudu; and the Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Services, Zacch Adedeji.
Also in attendance at the signing event were Senate Leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, Olamilakan Adeola.
