The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has adjourned the state collation of results for the Bayelsa governorship election.
Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, the Returning Officer and Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, made the announcement on Saturday at the INEC Collation Centre in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The collation is rescheduled for 10:00 am on Sunday. Meanwhile, INEC has also declared that the collation of results for the Off-Cycle Governorship Elections in Kogi State will start at 10 am on Sunday, as announced at the Collation Centre in Lokoja.
