The Abuja Court of Appeal has invalidated Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s election in Kano State. Earlier, a three-member panel, headed by Justice Oluyemi Akintan Osadebay, nullified Yusuf’s victory on September 20, 2023.
This decision arose from the declaration that 165,663 votes were deemed invalid due to lacking signatures or stamps from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
