The Defence Headquarters refuted a newspaper’s claim that General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff, had passed away.
In a statement posted on X on Tuesday, the DHQ asserted that the Defence Chief is alive and in good health.
“Contrary to recent false publication, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, is alive and well.
“Please rely on credible sources for accurate information,” the post partly read.
