The Ijaw Publishers Forum, IPF has applauded the executive director of social services, Chief Favour Izoukumor, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC and the commissioner, representing Ijaw nationality, in the board of DESOPADEC, Hon. Okpoye Spencer for the successful election and support given to them.
This was contained in a statement made available to the press by the president of IPF, Comrade Ozobo Austin .
In the statement, the group’s President , said IPF was overwhelmed with their support and assistance given to them.
The group described the support as a boost to promoting and building Ijaw own media organisations.
The newly elected EXCO assured them of working synergy and cooperation to reciprocate and ensure they discharged their duty uninterrupted.
