The Lagos State Police command discovered an illicit drinks production facility in the Ojo area of the state. SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Police Public Relations Officer, shared this information via his official X handle on Wednesday.
Two suspects linked to the illegal operation were apprehended by operatives from the Ojo Division.
The post reads, “Officers of Ojo Division today arrested the duo of Imo Lawrence ‘m’ aged 35 and Magnus Nwonka ‘m’ aged 42 in possession of fake drinks.
“In the course of investigation, the suspects led detectives to their inconspicuous, multi-room ‘factory’.”
Benjamin mentioned that ongoing investigations aim to unveil further details about this nefarious activity.
