Nollywood star Yul Edochie recently requested the return of the bride price he paid for his former wife, May Edochie. Yul accused May of undergoing breast enlargement surgery without his knowledge following the loss of their first son in 2023.
In a subsequent Instagram post, Yul urged May to stop using his surname and wondered why her family hadn’t returned the bride price since she initiated divorce proceedings.
Yul wrote; “You have filed for divorce. Yet you refused to drop my name.
“Return the bride price I paid, you and your family refused. I have asked for the return of the bride price a couple of times, you people vehemently refused. I don’t understand why.”
