SuperSport, the largest pay TV broadcaster in Africa, has announced that it will not be airing the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) due to its inability to obtain broadcasting rights for the tournament.
The broadcaster made this disclosure in a statement released on Wednesday. Nonetheless, the 2023 AFCON will be accessible on Free To Air (FTA) Channels.
It’s worth noting that Ivory Coast will serve as the host nation for the 2023 AFCON.
