Hon. Joel Bisina, Ph.D., a former Delta State commissioner, sent a heartfelt congratulatory message to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, Delta State’s Executive Governor, on his recent victory before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
According to Hon. Bisina, “The Supreme Court verdict not only affirms the people’s choice but also highlights the robust democratic processes in Delta State, and this confirmation serves as a beacon of hope for democratic consolidation, not only in Nigeria but across the African continent.”
He goes on to say, “Transparent, accountable, competent, and devoted leadership is the paradigm that people around the world seek, and Governor Oborevwori epitomises this type of leadership. This win confirms that Deltans overwhelmingly voted for him in the governorship elections on March 18th, and no amount of opposition can challenge that mandate.”
He went on to commend the good people of Delta State for their support in carrying out the governor’s M.O.R.E agenda for everyone’s benefit.
