According to the latest Opta supercomputer prediction, Nigeria leads the race with a 28.8% chance of lifting the trophy, having maintained a flawless record, earning maximum points and not conceding since their opening 1-1 draw with Equatorial Guinea. Mali follows as the second favorite at 14.7%, overcoming Burkina Faso to advance.
Host country Ivory Coast holds the third spot with a 13.5% chance, followed by DR Congo and Cape Verde at fourth and fifth with winning probabilities of 9.4% and 8.8%, respectively. South Africa, having ousted Morocco in the round of 16, is the sixth favorite with an 8.7% chance.
