The Ijaw Publishers Forum, IPF, marked the birthdays of two distinguished Ijaw figures, Engr Matthew Tonlagha, Executive Director of Fenog Nigeria Limited, and Chief George Ekpemupolo, former chairman of Warri South West local government Council, Delta State.
