Warri, Delta State — The Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom, encompassing areas within Warri south and Warri south-west Local Government Areas of delta state , was draped in festivity and tradition for the official swearing-in of its newly elected Governing Council.
The prestigious ceremony was held at the ancenstral palace of His Royal Majesty, Couple M. Oromoni, MONBONE III. Pere AMAKOSU of the Ogbe-ijoh Warri Kingdom, and brought together a wide array of community members and chiefs.
The executives who took the oath of office are as follows:

Prior to the inauguration, His Majesty exhorted the new executive to focus on unity, sustainable development, and transparency. He stressed on the importance of inclusivity and the upholding of the kingdom’s cultural values while being receptive to progress. His commendations and counsel set a progressive tone for the future.
Chief Samuel Eyoroagugha, Chairman, speaking for the executive, articulated a commitment to enhancing the kingdom’s wellbeing through unity and development. “Today marks a new chapter for our kingdom, as we strive for infrastructure improvements, advancement in education and healthcare, and environmentally responsible economic growth,” he declared.
