Ijaw Publisher’s Forum Appoints H.E. Dcn. Kingsley B. Otuaro As Grand Patron

WARRI: In a significant development for the Ijaw nation, the Ijaw Publisher’s Forum (IPF) has appointed the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E. Kingsley B. Otuaro, as their Grand Patron.

The announcement was made by the President of IPF, Comrade Austin Ozobo, during the inauguration of the new executive of the forum at Warri, Ozobo highlighted Otuaro’s long-standing commitment to the Ijaw nation as the reason for the decision.

Comrade Austin Ozobo praised Otuaro as not only a major contributor to the struggle of the Ijaw people but also as a key figure in bringing about peace in the oil sector during a critical period. Otuaro’s efforts in halting vandals from destroying oil facilities were particularly emphasized, leading to increased national revenue.

In his acceptance speech, Otuaro expressed his gratitude for the appointment, acknowledging the honor bestowed upon him by such a prestigious organization. He thanked Comrade Austin Ozobo and the entire leadership team for their confidence in his ability to contribute to the advancement of the Ijaw nation.
