Warri: The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E Dcn Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq. has extended warm congratulations to his younger brother, Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro, PhD, on his recent appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Expressing his delight at the news, Otuaro emphasised Chief Dennis Otuaro’s exceptional qualifications and extensive experience, deeming him highly suitable for the pivotal role. He remarked, “Chief Dennis possesses all the requisite skills and expertise to execute this assignment effectively.”
