Friday Edmund Seimode, the Electoral Commissioner in-charge Public Affairs and Communication at the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission has extended warm felicitations to H.E Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a statement, Seimode lauded Otuaro’s commitment to public service, hailing him as a beacon of inspiration for others to follow. The Independent Electoral commissioner who also celebrated his own birthday yesterday the 15th April, 2024 in a grandstyle commended Otuaro for his tireless efforts in uplifting the lives of those around him, particularly the youth, whose empowerment initiatives have played a pivotal role in fostering development across the state.
