Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, extended warm wishes to the former Deputy Governor of the State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro Esq, on his 56th birthday.
Rt Hon Guwor praised Deacon Otuaro as a remarkable leader known for his wisdom and humility, emphasizing that his positive impact will endure and be valued.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker acknowledged Deacon Otuaro’s significant contributions to Delta State’s progress, particularly during his eight-year tenure as Deputy Governor.
Guwor recalled the strong rapport between Deacon Otuaro, former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, and the State Legislature, attributing the state’s considerable achievements to political stability, with Deacon Otuaro effectively fulfilling his duties as Deputy Governor.
