In the early hours of today sunday, the immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Deacon Kingsley B. Otuaro, Esq. On his verified Facebook page, posted a message of hope and encouragement to Nigerians amidst challenging times. With the title “Embracing Hope: God’s Plan for Nigeria,” Otuaro urged citizens to open their hearts to the divine guidance amidst the turmoil the nation faces.
