In a solemn yet celebratory event, the family of Late Pa and Ma Ziko of Ogulagha Kingdom in Burutu L.G.A of Delta state bid farewell to their beloved patriarch, Capt. Obutebe Ziko, who passed away on January 30th, 2024, following a brief illness.
The funeral arrangements for the late captain, a man cherished as a son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and brother, are set to commence with a Service of Songs at 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, at the Revelation Mega Parish, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Rivers Province 7 Headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

The procession continues on Friday, April 26th, 2024, with the body leaving Veenell Mortuary in Warri at 8:00am, making its way to Miller Waterside and then to his hometown of Ogulagha community in Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu LGA, Delta state, Nigeria.
At 10:00am, the community will receive the body, followed by lying in state at 11:00am and a solemn funeral service at 12:00noon. The interment will take place at 2:00pm in his compound, with entertainment for guests immediately following.
The evening will be marked by a social wake keeping, continuing until dawn, featuring music by Best May Jfred and the Giant star crew.
