H.E. Dcn. Barr. Kingsley B. Otuaro, the former deputy governor of Delta State, has extended his warm felicitations to the highly esteemed former President of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN), Chief Solomon Ogba. In his statement, Otuaro acknowledges and applauds Ogba’s multiple outstanding accomplishments that have made him a vital figure in the service of both Delta and Nigeria.
According to Otuaro, “the history of sports in Delta State and Nigeria cannot be written without referencing the significant contributions of Chief Solomon Ogba.”
He went further to expound on how Ogba’s vast knowledge and experience in sports have brought numerous victories, fame, and laurels not only to their dear state but also to Nigeria as a whole.
“Chief Solomon Ogba over two decades has projected Delta State in shining light, especially in the eight years he served the state as Commissioner of Sports.” Otuaro added.
Ogba’s outstanding achievements cannot be held back. “Chief Ogba’s experience and vast knowledge of sports have brought a lot of fame and laurels, not only for our dear state, but also to Nigeria in general,” Otuaro said. The seasoned professional has developed and coached numerous elite talents, becoming a source of inspiration to all sports enthusiasts. As a reputable figure in both sports administration and politics, he has produced some of the most exceptional leaders in both fields, consequently making Nigeria and Africa proud in various sports endeavors.
“On behalf of my family and political associates, I congratulate you, Chief, on the occasion of your 64th birth anniversary,” Honorable Dcn. Barr. Kingsley B. Otuaro said.
