In a recent stakeholders’ meeting, High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), reiterated his steadfast commitment to the people of the Niger Delta region. Dr. Otuaro emphasized his dedication to expanding and enhancing the program by increasing the number of beneficiaries and empowering them while promoting the maintenance of peace in the area.
“The purpose of this stakeholders’ meeting is to collaborate with leaders of the phase one delegates on advancing the programme and aligning it with its core vision,” Dr. Otuaro stated. He explained that the meeting aimed to build on the program’s achievements to date by introducing legacy initiatives that would ensure the continued peace and security of the Niger Delta.
