Hon. Spencer Okpoye, the commissioner representing the Ijaw ethnic nationality on the board of DESOPADEC, has extended his warmest congratulations to Pere of Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom, HRM King Couple Markson Oromoni Monbene III, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
