Members of the Warri South West People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign Council have extended their ward-to-ward campaign to Ugborodo and Oporoza Communities, urging residents to vote for all PDP candidates.
Waffi TV correspondent Paul Edesemi reports that PDP flags were presented to the twenty councillorship candidates, while the PDP chairmanship candidate, Chief Sylvester Oromoni, pledged to run an all-inclusive administration.
On Monday, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Warri South West Campaign Council’s ward-to-ward campaign trail moved to Ugborodo and Oporoza Communities.
The Chairman of the Warri South West PDP Campaign Council, Hon. George Ekpemukpolo, along with Coordinator Hon. Raymond Pirah, Warri South West PDP Chairman Chief Favour Izoukumor, Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, member representing Warri Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi, Chairman of Media and Publicity Pastor Arex Akemetubo, and others reaffirmed the commitment of the chairmanship and councillorship candidates to accelerate development across the council area.
They called on eligible voters in both communities and the LGA to vote for all PDP candidates on July 13. The PDP chairmanship candidate, Chief Sylvester Oromoni, through his vice, Mrs. Christy Omamofe, promised to run an inclusive administration focused on accountability and seamless collaboration with elected councillors, leaders, and stakeholders if elected.
Chief Oromoni stated that, if elected as Council Chairman, he would renovate and revitalise health centres across the council area with essential health items, including drugs. He also pledged to enhance safety and security measures to protect residents, thereby boosting economic and social activities.
