On Sunday 18th 2024, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, held a significant meeting with PAP Diaspora students studying in the United Kingdom.
The students expressed their heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Otuaro’s dedication to their scholarships and welfare, praising his commitment to their educational journey.
In response, Dr. Otuaro urged the students to focus on their studies with utmost seriousness and to represent the Niger Delta region with pride.
