High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), made a significant appearance at the Father Igologolo Temple in Saimuzu-Ama, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State, on September 12, 2024.
He joined High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, known as Tompolo, Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, and spiritual leader of the Ijaw people, for a powerful spiritual ceremony.
Held in the sacred Aziza Forest, the gathering highlighted the importance of cultural preservation and the Ijaw people’s deep spiritual heritage.
High Chief Otuaro, a proud traditionalist, encouraged the community to honor their cultural roots, emphasizing that genuine progress begins with a respect for one’s heritage.
During the event, the Amnesty Administrator offered prayers for Nigeria’s peace and unity, particularly for the Niger Delta region. He also reaffirmed President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, ensuring that the development and well-being of the Niger Delta remain key priorities for the government.
