He further acknowledged that the DESOPADEC board, under the leadership of Chief Barrister Nani, remains firmly aligned with the Governor’s M.O.R.E. Agenda, which prioritizes meaningful development, opportunities, realistic reforms, and enhanced engagement with the people. According to Okpoye, the current board is working tirelessly to bring the Governor’s vision to life across Delta State.
“The people should know that the current DESOPADEC board is fully committed to ensuring that the oil-producing communities receive the attention they deserve. The Ogulagha Model School is one of many projects, and there are more to come,” Okpoye noted.
He also extended his appreciation to the people of Ogulagha for their continued support for DESOPADEC and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)-led government of Delta State. He urged them to remain steadfast in their backing of Governor Oborevwori’s administration, as more developmental strides are expected in the near future.
Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has consistently received accolades for his strong leadership and focus on the development of riverine areas, a key part of his administration’s agenda, which has been well-received across Delta State.
