The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, has assured Nigerians that they will soon begin to see the benefits of President Bola Tinubu’s efforts.
He stated that Tinubu, who has been abroad for the past two weeks, is well-rested and ready to continue his work.
Tinubu returned to Nigeria on Saturday after his two-week trip abroad. Gbajabiamila made these remarks to reporters at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja.
“The kind of work he [Tinubu] has been doing in the last one and a half years requires some rest and he has gone on leave and he’s back well rejuvenated,” he said.
“Just to continue from where he left off in terms of putting policies in place and making sure things are done, right; making sure we are going in the right direction.
“In a matter of time, Nigerians will begin to see the fruits of his labour and our labour. And so, I mean, just let’s be patient. We all are expectant and hopeful and we live in Renewed Hope and Mr President is back in Nigeria to continue the good work he’s doing.”
