The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., FSPSP, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd.), CFR, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom and Chairman of the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, on the occasion of his 78th birth anniversary.
