The Immediate past Deputy governor of Delta state, H. E. Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has expressed deep gratitude and love in a tribute to his mother on her birthday.
Describing her as a “pillar of strength” and “beacon of love,” Otuaro praised his mother for her devotion, grace, and kindness. He highlighted the power of her secret prayers, which have brought blessings into their lives, and acknowledged the countless sacrifices she made for the well-being of the family.
