The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, has been recognised for his exceptional contributions to peace and development.
He was presented with the Outstanding Excellence Award by the youth leaders of the Okerenkoko Federated Communities in Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State.
The ceremony, held during the New Year festivities, celebrated Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to empowering Niger Delta youths and fostering regional harmony.
