The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, has extended warm birthday wishes to President Bola Tinubu on his 73rd birthday. Highlighting the President’s bold leadership, Otuaro commended his decisive removal of fuel subsidies, which had long weighed on the country.
