The Founder and President of Ogwashi-Uku Carnival, Anthonia Oguah, has congratulated Professor Christopher Bankole Ndubisi Ogbogbo on his appointment as the substantive Vice-Chancellor of The Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN).
