Nollywood actress and former Big Brother Africa housemate Beverly Osu has finally addressed the long-standing rumors surrounding her controversial relationship with South African dancer Angelo Collins during the 2013 edition of the reality show. In a recent sit-down with media personality Chude Jideonwo on the With Chude podcast, Beverly set the record straight, emphatically stating that she never had sex on the show, despite public speculation. “I didn’t do it. I didn’t have sex on the reality show,” she said. “I was madly in love with Angelo and got too comfortable around him, which led to the rumors.” The actress, who was just 20 years old at the time, revealed that the public fixation on her romantic involvement with Angelo overshadowed her entire performance on the show and has followed her for years. “I brought out so many things from Big Brother, other than that [relationship with Angelo],” she said with frustration. “I was so irritated because that was the only thing viewers picked.
