Additionally, the House advanced a bill reviewing eligibility criteria for presidential, vice-presidential, gubernatorial, and deputy gubernatorial candidates. A separate bill seeks to redefine the status of the Federal Capital Territory in presidential elections, while others propose the creation of Wan and Gobir States. With these, the total number of constitutional amendment bills that have passed the second reading now stands at 113.
