The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has transferred 753 duplexes, allegedly linked to former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor Godwin Emefiele, to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. In a statement on Tuesday, Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ahmed Dangiwa said the move follows President Bola Tinubu’s directive for the recovered estate to be completed and allocated to Nigerians through a “transparent and accountable” process.
