Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Barrister Deacon Kingsley B. Otuaro, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, on the celebration of his second year in office. In a goodwill message personally signed by Otuaro, he commended the Governor and his Deputy, H.E. Sir Monday Onyeme, for their leadership and dedication over the past two years. Otuaro, who served as Deputy Governor from 2015 to 2023, prayed for divine blessings on the Oborevwori-led administration, wishing them greater success in their remaining years in office. Otuaro said, "On behalf of my family, friends, and political associates, I extend my sincere congratulations to you, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, and your Deputy, H.E. Sir Monday Onyeme, on the occasion of your second year in office as Governor of Delta State.
