Barrister Friday Seimode, the Independent Electoral Commissioner in charge of Legal Services at the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC), has issued a heartfelt tribute to High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, widely known as Tompolo, on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
