The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, on Monday, expressed satisfaction in challenging influential individuals in the country.
Speaking during a press briefing in Abuja, Wike dismissed concerns about potential backlash from some elites over his firm stance on ground rent enforcement.
He urged the elite to observe how laws are respected in other countries, noting that many return to Nigeria and refuse to obey even basic regulations.
Wike declared that the era of impunity was over, emphasizing that those who disregard the law would now face consequences.
