The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has reported that Nigeria’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) expanded by 4.23 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of 2025. According to the report released on Monday, the growth rate surpassed the 3.48 percent recorded in the same quarter of 2024 as well as the 3.13 percent posted in the first quarter of 2025.
