I lost my mother and everything changed. As a young girl, I was forced to leave behind the comfort of childhood and move in with my aunty. Life hit me hard. At just 16 years old, I got pregnant and the man responsible denied it completely. Suddenly, I was alone. Confused. Heartbroken. People around me didn’t show compassion. They told me to remove the baby that I was too young, that I had no future, that I had already ruined my life. They said I would never become anything. But I made a decision: I chose my child. I refused to let fear or shame define me. The shame, the insults, the laughter behind my back they nearly broke me. I would cry myself to sleep, wondering if life would ever smile at me again. But God never left me. Through it all, He stayed close. And when I gave birth, my baby became the reason I kept going. That tiny heartbeat gave me strength I didn’t know I had. Then, something beautiful happened God showed me mercy again. Some kind-hearted Nollywood stars reached out and helped me return to the movie world. I found new purpose, new doors opened, and with time, I found my voice again. I didn’t stop there I went back to school, determined to rewrite the story they wrote about me. And today… I’m finally graduating. From a rejected teenage mother to a restored, celebrated woman my journey is living proof that no matter how far you fall, God can lift you up again. So to every young girl facing rejection… To every single mother feeling alone… To anyone who’s been written off too early… Don’t give up. Stand strong. Believe in yourself. Your comeback can be greater than your setback. I’m living proof.
