The House of Representatives on Thursday approved President Tinubu's proclamation through a voice vote, with 243 members present. Additionally, the House made recommendations, including the establishment of a national committee to restore peace in Rivers State. It also advised that the National Assembly assume control of the state Assembly’s activities for six months.
